Terms and Conditions of Rental

1. Rental Agreement

By renting a motorbike from Pheasant Transportation Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

2. Rental Period

The rental period is from the date of collection of the motorbike to the date of return, as specified in the tour itinerary.

3. Motorbike Condition

The motorbike is provided in good working condition. You are responsible for returning the motorbike in the same condition, with a full tank of fuel.

4. Insurance

The motorbike is insured against accidental damage and theft. However, you are responsible for any damage caused to the motorbike due to negligence or reckless driving.

5. Fuel

You are responsible for refueling the motorbike at your own expense. The motorbike is provided with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental period.

6. Maintenance and Repair

You are responsible for any maintenance and repair costs incurred during the rental period, unless such costs are caused by wear and tear or manufacturer’s defects.

7. Roadside Assistance

We provide roadside assistance in case of mechanical breakdown or accidents. However, you are responsible for any costs incurred during the roadside assistance process.

8. Return of Motorbike

The motorbike must be returned to the designated location and time specified in the tour itinerary. Late returns may incur additional fees.

9. Cancellation

If you cancel the rental agreement before the start of the rental period, you will be refunded 50% of the rental fee. If you cancel after the start of the rental period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

10. Liability

We are not liable for any damage or loss caused to your personal belongings or other parties during the rental period.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Government of Nepal law.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
